Installation of an above ground garden in a concrete courtyard.
The theme of the project is sustainable development, the recovery of raw materials to transform waste into resources and produce organic food.
Launch of an educational garden above ground:
My mission :
Prepare an adapted educational project.
Mobilize parents of students and the municipality.
Prepare step-by-step workshops with the students.
Set up a soil-less culture tank with pallets, straw bales, cardboard boxes and compost.
Go find old seeds grown by parents, grandparents and great uncles and aunts to start a seed bank.
Start seedlings.
Introduce theory, nutrition, soil life, compost.
Start a unit for transforming kitchen waste into compost with 2 composters.
Introduce yourself to the bread cycle, from seed to flour.
