Holistic Territory Management
To support organizations towards the ecological transition of territories
" Un outil de résilience au service des hommes
et de l’environnement"
Preamble
Providing a relevant response to the environmental and social challenges of the 21st century, implementing tools for ecological transition, is first of all about recreating social ties around a common project. This project begins with the collective creation of a garden according to the principles of permaculture ...
What is it about ?
I suggest that you train within your communities, associations, companies, collectives, citizens, a team to put in place a roadmap and carry out an efficient action plan for the ecological transition.
How? 'Or' What ?
-
Over several 2-day training weekends, we set goals, and put things together, in stages.
-
Each training serves as a stage point and assembly methodology to move on to the next stage.
-
At the end of these training cycles, a coherent step-by-step action plan can be implemented immediately.
Where to start ?
Define the project
Step 1 - "Landscape reading" analysis
Extract the strategic elements for an ecological transition
-
Analysis of the social, environmental and economic landscape
-
Identify resources and means (human, financial and material)
-
Establish a global strategy in the ecology of the territory and set the objectives
( Integrate the challenges of food security, energy, waste management and recycling)
See the roadmap for step 1 (in progress)
Step 2 - Design, planning (Provide control and adjustment points)
Define an action plan to apply the overall strategy
-
Prepare a roadmap, schedules and budgets
-
Preparation of suitable training materials
-
Prepare for the integration of people with disabilities
-
Model monitoring and evaluation tools
See the roadmap for step 2 (in progress)
Step 3 - Implementation
Realization and implementation (Provide control and adjustment points)
-
Carrying out the actions defined in the roadmap
-
Train stakeholders and education actors
-
Establishment of participatory and citizen projects
-
Provide services, support projects until autonomy
-
Implement a circular economy
See the roadmap for step 3 (in progress)
Conclusion:The establishment of a circular economy

Swarming of teams
-
The transmission of knowledge is done by setting up support.
-
This “doing with” and not “doing in place of” allows young people and learners to (re) become an actor in their life. With, as a common thread, the construction of a bond of trust, to go from "doing with" to "autonomy".
-
Once the teams are formed, the students and volunteers become trainers and project pilots. After 2 years in the field, it is easy to reproduce a model adapted to the situations of the various places to be developed.
