Social entrepreneurship in a Berber village
Private investors are investing in a peri-urban rural village to respond to a new market for restaurateurs and individuals in order to develop rural villages, to restore social dynamics and employment through food production that respects the environment.
My mission: Creation of the design, implementation and realization of the project with the formation of a team.
State of play,
Exchange with the locals, putting the song of possibilities into perspective,
Designate 9 plots for 9 farmers,
Establishment of production areas,
Training of production sectors (nursery, fertilization, soil life, rotation ...)
Creation of a collective place for:
The greenhouse, seedling production,
The production of compost and natural fertilizers (home made),
Washing vegetables and packaging,
Training cycle on management, irrigation, fertilization, conditioning,
Economic outlets: target audience, development of production.
